  • Tip: This question gauges the applicant's maturity level, professional standards, values, and priorities. Answer: In my previous position, I was not granted the promotion that I applied for. I was greatly disappointed because I was confident in my abilities to lead and add value to my company. I decided to seek additional training, coaching and acquired a mentor in the related to field to ensure my skill set was solid.

Answer: I strongly feel that having a sense of balance is imperative in being productive and effective. To be highly functional in today's times requires time management and balance in every facet.

  • Tip: The interviewer is looking for an answer that illustrates commitments, diligence, and an high level of competence. Answer: In my current job, I was asked to fulfill the duties of my supervisor while he was away on business. I was relatively new to the assigned duties but I was able to quickly master the responsibilities with ease and comfort.
